What is your standard shipping time?
- Please allow 3-5 business days for your orders of stocked items to be processed and delivered.
- All preorder styles will have a longer shipping time frame. This time frame will be listed in the description.
- The majority of our merchandise ships from our overseas fulfillment center, please allow 18-21 business days for the delivery of those items.
- Please note that if you have purchased multiple items, some items may arrive separately.
- International shipping rates vary depending on the shipping destination.
- International shipments usually arrive within 18-21 business days from the ordered date, excluding holidays.
- Express shipping is not available for international shipments.
- Please note that the order total will be displayed in U.S. dollars during the checkout process. The amount charged in U.S. currency will reflect the same day exchange rates at checkout to maintain utmost currency conversion accuracy.

The Chloe Madison Boutique Vegan furs runs from a half size to a full size larger. These are investment pieces, designed to fit for up to 2 years.
What is your return policy?
Our #1 priority is to make sure our clothes make you & your mini fashionistas are happy! Exchanges and store credit will be accepted on case by case situation.
To request a refund, e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of order receipt. You must receive authorization from customer service prior to returning the order. Unauthorized returns and returns sent back without requested information will not be accepted. Please allow 2-3 business days to respond to your inquiry. If you have entered the incorrect delivery address, you cannot be refunded or receive a store credit.
Any returned merchandise must be received in its original condition (unwashed and unworn with hang tags attached). Original shipping fees are not refundable unless you received the wrong item or a damaged item. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Exchanges will be shipped back at no charge. We must first receive your merchandise before anything gets processed. We suggest you send your returns via a trackable shipping method.
Please note that if the item was a gift, we will be unable to issue a refund to anyone other than the person who originally placed the order. You may request a store credit or exchange by indicating that the item was a gift. Please be sure to include your name, address, and phone number as well as the name and address of the person who placed the order.
